Initial assessment - Patients book an appointment to discuss 1-2 chief complaints. A focused history and physical exam will be performed and a comprehensive review of medications. If patients require medication starts, bloodwork, consultations for other services, diagnostic imaging, and more can be done at the initial assessment.
