I have been visiting this physiotherapy clinic for several years and have always received exceptional care. When I first came in, I was experiencing severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and arms due to arthritis in my neck and fingers. as well as lower back pain from working long hours on the computer. Joanna conducted a thorough assessment and explained the importance of regular visits for preventative maintenance and ongoing injury care. She developed an individualized exercise plan that provided real relief. I had an RMT appointment with Caroline, and she did an amazing job. I have been dealing with lower back tightness for a while and after the appointment it felt much better. She took her time and explained everything she was doing, and even showed me a bunch of stretches to do to reduce the tightness. I'll definitely be going back!Lire la suiteRéduire
