60 minFor clients who have previously seen Kelsey for yoga massage. Experience the perfect blend of therapeutic massage and mindful movement with Pine’s own Kelsey Byers (RMT/CYT). This unique treatment combines the benefits yoga movement principles, therapeutic exercise, and bodywork to help strengthen, increase flexibility, and promote deep relaxation. During your session, a skilled therapist will guide you through gentle stretches and yoga-inspired movements, while applying soothing pressure to key muscle groups. This technique helps to improve circulation, release muscle tightness, and align the body, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed. Prior to being seen, please update our team as to your goals for the session: strength, flexibility and/or relaxation. Please come dressed in clothing that is comfortable for you to move in. *Please note this booking option is not currently available as a prenatal session. More information to come.
