Simran is a fantastic physiotherapist. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my injury and my desire to get back to running. I really appreciated how she adjusted my exercises based on what was working and what wasn’t, and helped me prepare with a running plan. She gave lots of helpful advice throughout our sessions and always had a super positive attitude, which made the whole recovery process much more encouraging.Lire la suiteRéduire

Shilpi was very thorough helping me assess and relieve an ongoing challenge with fluid retention due to exercise. She provided me with specific and easy-to-manage next steps. She was thorough, curious, and kind.

Dylan is very caring and lots of knowledge. He took time to figure out the best treatment(s) for me (first visit) and gave me some fantastic tips. Returning twice per week for healing and help, happy to have found this Clinic and Dylan.

I have a very complicated ankle from previous injury and surgeries and recently injured my forefoot cycling. After no weight bearing for 6 weeks and in anticipation of ankle and tendon surgery in September I thought I would try some physio to see what I could do to strengthen my foot and leg before my surgery. I’m so glad I decided to see Dylan. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and spent a lot of time checking my foot and even my knee that I have had problems with since my knee replacement. He explained the issues he found and gave me some early exercises to do to start strengthening my weakened muscles so I am in the best condition I can be for my surgery which will help my recovery. Can’t wait to work with him during this process. Thanks Dylan
