Fear release / Birth processing session

Birth can leave us carrying more than just memories. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming birth, processing a previous birth experience, working through fears surrounding labour, or simply looking for a safe space to unpack your emotions, this session is designed to support you with compassion and without judgment. Together, we will explore fears, anxieties, expectations, disappointments, birth experiences, and the emotions that may be impacting your confidence, healing, or preparation for the future. This session may be beneficial for: • Fear of labour or birth • Previous traumatic birth experiences • Pregnancy after a difficult birth • Anxiety surrounding labour and delivery • Processing an unexpected birth outcome • Birth disappointment or grief • Pregnancy after loss • Preparing emotionally for an upcoming birth • Building confidence and trust in your body • Releasing fears that may be creating tension or overwhelm During your session, we may explore: • Previous birth experiences • Current fears and concerns • Emotional triggers and anxieties • Coping and grounding techniques • Birth preparation and mindset work • Relaxation and visualization exercises • Personalized affirmations and confidence-building strategies You will leave with practical tools, emotional support, and a deeper understanding of your thoughts and feelings surrounding birth. Most importantly, you will be given space to be heard, validated, and supported exactly where you are. This session is supportive and educational in nature and is not intended to replace mental health counselling or medical care. Referrals may be recommended when appropriate. Whether you are preparing for birth, healing from birth, or somewhere in between, you do not have to carry it alone.
