Using traditional rebozo techniques and gentle belly sifting movements, this appointment helps encourage relaxation of the muscles, ligaments, and surrounding tissues while creating space for both parent and baby to settle into a more comfortable position. Many clients describe rebozo work as deeply calming, grounding, and restorative. This session may be beneficial for: • Pregnancy-related discomforts • Pelvic pressure or tension • Low back discomfort • Hip discomfort • Round ligament discomfort • General pregnancy aches and pains • Relaxation and stress reduction • Birth preparation • Encouraging body awareness and balance • Creating moments of rest and connection during pregnancy During your session, we may incorporate: • Rebozo belly sifting techniques • Gentle rocking and rhythmic movements • Relaxation and breathing exercises • Positioning suggestions for comfort and balance • Birth preparation discussions when desired • Techniques that partners can learn and use at home This session is designed to help release tension, encourage relaxation, and support overall comfort during pregnancy.
