“I’ve been getting my glasses and contacts at Precision since I was in grade eight (1990) and long enough for their sign to come back into fashion! ❤️ What a great optical! Excellent selection of frames. Great sales people to help you make a choice. Reasonable prices with a lot of personal touch. These guys have always cared. My parents patronized them and were also well taken care of all the way into their senior years. I must admit I had my concerns when Precision changed hands years ago, but Alvin and Carol are fantastic! This past year, I have purchased two pairs of progressives (brilliant quality and LOVE my frames), daily and bi-monthly contacts, as well as my very first pair of readers. (Yay! Getting older and blinder is so much fun!) But I do love my frames and how they make me look, plus I can read a menu! I also believe pricing has gotten even better, as unbelievable as that sounds! “Dr Friesen, Alvin and Carol are the best. Carol, she is a great person and very easy to talk to and fun too. Alvin, well he is superb at his job and knows exactly what frames suit you and explains everything. Dr. Friesen is the best as he really explains everything to the T and makes sure you are comfortable. Easy to talk to and ensures you got the best eye exam ever. I highly recommend this place for your eye care and needs. Two years ago I picked out frames that I absolutely love and decided to keep the same ones for this time around as I have had so many compliments on them from strangers. So if you are in search of an eye exam or have concerns or even looking at changing your frames, this is the place to go to. “All the staff here are incredibly kind and professional. Thank you for genuinely considering the needs of customers and patients. The eye exam was thorough and carefully conducted, and the time it took to get glasses was impressively quick. I also appreciate that they found myopia control lenses that fit within my budget, saving me both time and money. The staff’s bright smiles and efficient scheduling were also greatly appreciated. “Excellent customer service! Precision Eyecare has been helping my family with our eye care needs for the past 4 years now.
