I am 63 and have suffered with osteoporosis for years which has been affecting my spine as well as causing numbness in my arms. Dr. Gomi is a professional with a warm approach, he has a genuine passion for what he does, he explains everything clearly, and actually takes the time to listen and adjust the treatments as needed. He has also provided me with exercises and stretches that have been of huge benefit to me. I started feeling relief after just a few weeks of adjustments as well as doing the exercises and stretches he provided. It is just over six months now and I have been doing a forty minute total body workout with light weights three times a week for the last two months as well as walking a couple times a day. I have minimal pain and stiffness, I am moving with no restrictions and the numbness in my arms is gone.
