“Arthur has been a Godsend, when I started the treatment I could barely lift my right arm and after the team's amazing work, I can carry my daughter again. Arthur was a good listener and pinpointed the issue right away and created a treatment plan that fixed my arm. I also want to mention Prashant who followed up after Arthur with the tens machine and ultrasound, he was attentive and caring. “I was diagnosed with vertigo and was asked to find a physiotherapist who can provide VRT (Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy) to treat it. The doctor said my vertigo should be treated with 2-3 sessions. I reached out to Pro Physio on Merivale and had one session of VRT with Mr El-Asswad. Mr El-Asswad treated my vertigo in one session. He was very gentle, took his time and was very patient even when I threw up. If you ever suffer from vertigo, I highly recommend booking a session with Mr El-Asswad to treat it.”Read moreShow less

“I'm currently receiving treatment from Arthur Cuenco at Pro Physio Merivale. After seeing many RMTs, chiropractors, and physiotherapists over the years, I can confidently say he's an excellent practitioner who truly stands out. Arthur's initial assessment was thorough and unrushed. We discussed my pain history, past treatments, what the most effective self-care strategies have been, and my treatment goals. He asked thoughtful follow-up questions and patiently helped me articulate exactly what I was struggling with in my daily life. His treatment sessions are consistently excellent and genuinely tailored to how I'm feeling each day. He remains flexible and readily adjusts his approach based on my progress and any new concerns. Arthur has an exceptional ability to locate problematic areas that have eluded previous highly skilled practitioners.
