There is truly no place list Pursuit! I have been going to Pursuit since 2016 and I could not imagine life without Pursuit. I have done the whole big box gym thing for many years prior to Pursuit and always felt lost or out of place. The team at Pursuit has truly created a community within their facilities. Everyone knows your name and is there to support you with your unique goals. You aren't just another number at a gym, you are seen and supported. The workouts are phenomenal. I love that I can show up and not have to think about what I am doing - it is all laid out for me by professional, educated performance coaches who know how to build for longevity. In a world of TikTok fitness programs it is re-assuring to come to Pursuit and know the workout I am doing is not only effective but safe! I have recently started Personal Training with Jamie! My experience with Jamie has been so positive. He is so professional, knowledgable, kind and encouraging. I am excited to continue this personal training journey. For the therapy side, this team exceeds expectations (much like the training side). Everyone is so personable, compassionate and truly in a league of their own. Heather's massages are like no other, there are not enough star rankings in Google to be honest. Dr. Marcus is a phenomenal chiropractor and always has me feeling better than when I came in. I have also worked with the compassionate and very professional Sarah Croft for physio and acupuncture treatment recovering from my C-Section a couple of years ago. While I have never received treatment from Carla, Dr. Dianne, Ashley, Xsenia and other Pursuit Therapy practitioners, they are all so kind when I see them in the waiting room and you can tell they truly love what they do. The team is so well-rounded, professional and exceptional at their specializations - I cannot say that enough! The best in the area by far. And I cannot leave a review without shouting out the team at the front desk in particular Mayah (and Jacob too)! Just the kindest humans to be greeted by when you walk-in! I came to Pursuit just over a year ago now to try out their Personal Training. I have been extremely happy with my experience ever since I started. My coach, Matt, is an amazing trainer - knowledgeable, personable, and able to continuously modify my workouts each week based on how my body is feeling. On top of this, Pursuit is a holistic athletic centre, and I have been able to make use of both their massage therapy and chiropractic services to work through back pain that I experience. Heather is an absolutely incredible massage therapist, and Marcus is a knowledgeable and versatile chiropractor. Because of the variety of offerings, coming to Pursuit is more than just going to a gym or therapy session - it is a place you feel valued and where you can gain a sense of community. Pursuit is the best! Their ability to train all athletic abilities from professional athletes to people working towards personal fitness goals is above and beyond every single time. Not only are their facilities great, but the people who work there are even better. I’ve done personal training with Adam and Jaime, massage therapy with Heather, and physio/running sessions with Dr. Marcus. As a new runner Dr Gatto helped me with various knee and calf issues over the last year. His direct experience with running and other sports sets him apart to understand what I’m dealing with and how to fix it. 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I both go to Pursuit Fitness for the adult functional fitness classes as well as physiotherapy, and we can’t say enough good things about it. Adam and all the instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and always make sure the workouts are challenging. The physiotherapy side has been just as impressive. Marcus and the team take the time to understand what’s going on, provide clear explanations, and build treatment plans that actually work. The environment is friendly, supportive, and never intimidating. Whether you're looking to get stronger, improve mobility, or recover from an injury, Pursuit Fitness is a fantastic place to train and get the right care. I’ve been doing the group training sessions at Pursuit and love them. They’re fun, full-body, and always include exercises I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. The staff is friendly, supportive, and really collaborative. If you need help with anything, someone always steps in. They also consistently watch your form and give corrections throughout the workout, even in a group setting, which makes a huge difference. The clinic side is just as great. Having physio, chiro, and massage all under one roof makes it super convenient. Every member of the clinic is so knowledgeable and friendly and makes the experience feel top-tier from start to finish. Overall Pursuit itself is awesome, and parking is free and easy.
