a price reduction for children under the age of 16. Sometimes a 60 minute session is too long for them so we go with the child's comfort level.
Children often need assistance with calming their nervous systems in order to get proper sleep and lower their anxiety. Reflexology is a beautiful way for them to reduce fears and over stimulation. I have children as young as 5 years old come to my safe and inviting space. The comfy Reflexology chair is great for a parent or guardian to also relax in, while the treatment proceeds.
