Vibrational tones of the singing bowls, tuning forks and therapeutic touch help restore balance, release tension and connect you to the peace of the natural world. The restorative Reflexology will leave your body reeling relaxed and weightless, addressing both calming of the mind and the soothing of the nervous system.
