Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses gentle hand movements and light touch to guide the flow of healthy life energy, which helps to reduce stress, induce relaxation and promote healing. Reflexology is a focused pressure technique directed on the feet. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on the feet which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs within the body. When these reflexes are stimulated, the body's natural electrical energy works along with the nervous system to clear any blockages in the corresponding zones. Reflexology sessions provided by Mandi Perry are not covered under massage therapy benefits, please check with your private health care coverage to see if your sessions are covered.
