About the clinic
By scheduling this visit, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy: INITIAL VISIT requires a 48hrs notice minimum, and FOLLOW UPS require 24hrs notice. You will be billed for the missed appointment. The owing amount will be applied to your file and is due within 30 days of the occurrence. Failure to balance your account will result in discharge from our office. If you cannot attend your visit, DO NOT CALL. Please email our office at ricki@r3health.ca to notify us 24hrs/48hrs in advance at the minimum. By not showing up for your scheduled visit, you are taking away someone else’s opportunity to see us.
