“Hi I had a pleasant check up today July 29 , 2026 with my hygienist Melanie she was great , very nice and sweet. You can really tell she loves her job . And is very good at it I’m usual very stressed and afraid to go to the dentist, I have very sensitive gums and I always used to need to get my gums injected to freeze them . This time I didn’t Melanie is great I’m so happy I had her as my hygienist! Also I like Dr. Joelle Lasry shes very nice and is a great dentist . Both Melanie and Dr. Lasry have a very soft touch. “Dr. Lasry was referred to me by my daughter, who is a dentist, and she told me that Dr. Lasry was excellent. She was absolutely right. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. “EDIT* the cavity that was 'fixed' by Dr. Gheriani now needs a root canal and a crown after being examined by my clinic in Ottawa and the clinic is still withholding the records AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Please trust the reviews that say this clinic is after money. I went to this clinic to have a few cavities filled and to get a replacement lingual wire. The clinic allowed me to leave before confirming whether my insurance would cover the treatment. I paid my estimated portion at the time, and the receptionist told me they would contact me if there was any remaining balance. Two months later, I received a call informing me that I owed more than $700. Unfortunately, the timing was poor, as I had lost my credit card a few days earlier and had only just applied for a replacement the day before. I explained that I could pay by debit the same day or by credit once my new card arrived the following week.They said once the new credit card comes in, give us a call. This is all fine and understandable. A balance owing is a balance owing. What is completely insane is not releasing my x-ays that I PAID FOR until the amount owning is paid in full. Dental records are supposed to be considered part of your healthcare record, not collateral for an unpaid bill. What's even more frustrating is that I need those x-rays because one of your dentists, Dr. Gheriani, treated a cavity that has never felt right since. For the past five months, I have been unable to bite comfortably or floss between that tooth and the adjacent one. I returned to the clinic specifically to have Dr. Gheriani examine the issue. During that visit, another X-ray was taken—again, at my expense, despite the fact that I was returning because of ongoing problems with work performed at your clinic. I was then told everything looked normal and sent on my way. Well it wasn't and it still isn't. I fully intend to pay the outstanding balance. However, withholding medical records that I paid for, especially when I need them to seek further treatment elsewhere, is unacceptable. Never stopping foot into this clinic again.”Read moreShow less
