You may book your appointment 24 hours following the spot test. The $100 is redeemable towards tattoo removal service. Kindly be advised that we uphold a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to utilize our online booking system or contact us directly at 604-371-2113. Missed or late cancellations for consultations will incur a charge of $250.00. We offer a 10-minute grace period for those running late. Beyond this grace period, we will be unable to provide the treatment, and therefore, the full appointment cancellation fee will apply.
