60 minNow being offered as a private in person session, this is a practical 'how to' information session about the pushing phase of labour. This is ideal for first, second or sixth time parents! You will learn: multiple labour and birth positions, how to 'listen to your body' - cues and ways to make this stage of labour more effective, (and hopefully shorter!) and you will have the opportunity to 'practice' pushing so you can feel the difference between effective and ineffective pushing. One birth partner is welcome to attend to learn how to support you during this stage of labour. Your intake form must be completed 24 hours before the start of your appointment. We also require a credit card on file. Payment in full is due at time of service, unless you have emailed admin with a payment plan request.
