60 minThe Rowan-House Integration Session is a structured weekly skills practice group designed to reinforce psychological resilience and emotional regulation strategies. Sessions include guided exercises, practical tools, and structured reflection to support participants in applying therapeutic skills in daily life. These sessions focus on: • nervous system regulation practices • cognitive and behavioural skill reinforcement • real-world application of coping strategies • accountability and community support Integration sessions are 60 minutes online and are open to both SPR participants and members of the public seeking structured psychological skills training. SPR participants receive access to these sessions as part of their program.
