60 minJoin Olivia, registered yoga teacher and child and youth counsellor, for a fun and dynamic yoga class for children ages four and up. Beginner-friendly, with a focus on play and imagination, this class will help children connect with their breath and body, move with freedom, gain self confidence, and regulate their emotions. Classes are offered in our playground area. Suggested age range 4+
