Complete Body Conditioning Treatment with Reflexology

Your treatment begins with a relaxing 30 minute soak, followed by an invigorating body polish. You are then wrapped in a nourishing masque to soften, hydrate, detoxify, and tone. While your rest with the masque on, Lisa will do foot reflexology. After the masque removal, we seal it all in with a gentle massage. Reflexology is based on the theory that zones on your feet are linked to every part of your body. Through massaging these reflex points, we can help you to relieve stress as well as address many issues throughout the body.
