13 years ago, I was looking for a massage therapist, and a friend introduced me to Bernarda. Bernarda has been successfully addressing my various issues, reducing my symptoms and preventing progression. Deep tissue massage performed by Bernarda gives me the best and lasting results. Bernarda is very committed. She puts 100% effort into addressing challenging issues. She is continuously expanding her knowledge and skills. My husband and I are pleased to highly recommend RENEW.YOU. I began my massage therapy with Bernarda on the North Shore after my retirement 20 years ago and have seen her approx every 2 weeks ever since. That, in itself, speaks to the trust I have in her professional approach and the renewal I feel after each session. I have been seeing Bernarda at Renew You Therapy for over 3 years. Where many therapies have either failed or just been temporary measures in dealing with my back and neck pain - seeing Bernarda regularly has me feeling better at post 50 that I did pre-50. I am physically more able and energized because she is so good. Her treatment is not just about temporary relief - but about long term gain. As an aside - she is know for being the massage therapists’ therapist: so if other therapists even go see her - imagine what she can do for you!! My family and I have been seeing Bernarda for over a decade and have followed her now that she's moved. Simply put, she's fantastic! We've typically had deep tissue treatments from Bernarda and they're great. Now she's also helping me with TMJ issues as a result of sitting at the computer for too long and also not sleeping well.
