This message is to provide a reminder of the clinic’s policy for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
When an appointment is missed without sufficient notice, the reserved time cannot be filled, which impacts the schedule and availability for other clients.
In accordance with the clinic’s cancellation policy, a 50% fee is applied to any missed appointment or late cancellation.
If changes are needed, providing notice as soon as possible is key.
