Dr. Erica Truesdell will be on maternity leave from March 13th 2026 until late fall 2026. Dr. Mckenna McDonald will be taking on Dr. Truesdell’s patients while she is away.
Our RMT’s are currently NOT ACCEPTING ANY ICBC claims and WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY WCB claims for RMT services
Ben Hur, Registered Acupuncturist IS accepting ICBC claims opened within the last 12 weeks or older claims with pre- approval on file from ICBC. We are able to direct bill to ICBC for acupuncture services with Ben
We DO NOT direct bill to ICBC for RMT or Chiro services
CANCELLATION POLICY: please be aware that we require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.
