Iron Infusion

We are pleased to offer Iron Infusion Therapy for eligible patients. A physician referral is required before an appointment can be scheduled. Our referral form is available on our website at revitalizewellnessrn.ca. Once we receive your completed referral, our team will review it and contact you to arrange your appointment. Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive nursing assessment to review your medical history, laboratory results, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan. Fees: NP Consultation: $75 (this fee will be credited toward the cost of your iron infusion if you proceed with treatment) Iron Infusion: Starting at $225, with the final cost depending on the type of iron prescribed. Prescription Iron: The cost of your prescribed iron medication is paid separately at the pharmacy. Many pharmacies are able to process private insurance coverage for eligible patients.
