Years ago, Dr. Zhou treated me with great success. I had been to many specialist over a 5yr period with many drs. with no help. My legs were burning and difficult to walk and feet not feeling the ground. Dr. Zhou changed all of that in short time. He knew where my issues were before I could even tell him. I got Bell's palsy 3 weeks ago,I searched on internet and found Dr. Zhou as an expert/specialist in Bell's Palsy treatment with acupuncture. I set up an appointment immediately and started coming twice a week until now. After 5 acupuncture sessions, I started having substantial improvement on closing my left eye and chewing. He doesn't just do the acupuncture but also does a special face massage exercises that really seem to get the nerves working again. l fully recommend Dr.Zhou if you get Bell's Palsy. This is long overdue. I got Bell's palsy last year, about a month after I had given birth. My doctor would not prescribe any medication, as I was breastfeeding. I set up an appointment immediately and started coming twice a week for about 4 weeks and then once a week for an additional couple of weeks. By the second appointment I started seeing/feeling slight results and by the 3rd week, it was substantially improved. I'm glad I took matters into my own hands and found Dr.Zhou. I was treated by Dr. Zhou for Hemi-facial Spasms. I had already been treated with surgery and strong medications for over a year to control my condition with little success. After 5 sessions there was a noticeable improvement in my condition and I am very happy with the outcome of the treatment. I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy in April and whilst i saw another Acupuncturist in town first two weeks of onset I saw no improvement. I was recommended to Dr Peter Zhou and soon after the first two appointments I had seen improvement in the lift of my face. After 3 months of extensive therapy i have finally reached full recovery and I could not have recovered so well so quickly if it wasn't for Dr. Zhou.
