Self Care Series - 4 sessions

This class is all about empowering you in your own body! At the end of our 4 weeks together, you'll have a better understanding of your body, how to use self-massage, ball rolling, and gua sha tools in your self-care routine, and hopefully allow you longer between provider treatments while maintaining your quality of life! This workshop is presented in a virtual format - link to join will be sent out the day before the session. Classes will occur at the time selected and for 3 additional consecutive weeks (4 weeks total). The price is the total cost for all 4 sessions.
