From the moment I walked in, the front office staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Dr Wang and his dental assistant were kind and patient throughout the whole process. Overall it was a very positive experience for which I thank you all.

Clean office, very friendly and professional staff and Dr. Pommy Hallen the friendliest dentist I ever met took time to explain step by step I felt completely informed and comfortable. The treatment was fast and efficient. Truly a painless and educational experience! Highly recommended!Read moreShow less

My appointment was at 3:00 pm, and I arrived slightly late at 3:08 pm. After filling out the form, a senior assistant asked me to follow a younger assistant into a room to set up my computer so the doctor could review my CT scan (which was taken at Dr. Hanna's Dental Office). However, once I entered the room, the younger assistant told me not to set up the computer and instead instructed me to sit down for an X-ray. I felt confused because her tone was quite commanding. She asked when I had my previous endodontic treatment, and I told her all the information was in my email. She seemed a bit impatient and said she still needed to verify it—so I answered her questions again. Then she placed the protective lead apron on me, and I asked, “Are we taking an X-ray?” She said yes. I mentioned again that I had already provided the previous X-ray in my email, but she said a new one was needed because the old one might have been taken at a different angle. I said OK, but once she started placing the X-ray device into my mouth, I realized she didn’t even know which side the problematic tooth was on—she initially prepared the device on the wrong side. This made me very worried, because it felt like she wasn’t paying attention. She kept telling me to bite down hard, again in a very commanding tone, and it caused discomfort. Because of these consecutive actions, I felt she was not patient and did not communicate clearly. Due to several terrible dental experiences in the past (not in Canada), I am extremely cautious now. I immediately lowered the clinic chair and went to the front desk because I was afraid my tooth might again be handled by someone inexperienced or impatient. In all the dental offices I’ve visited before (including Canada), I have never encountered an assistant trying to place the X-ray device on the wrong side of my mouth—this kind of mistake made me lose confidence. Fortunately, the endodontist himself was efficient and professional. After reviewing my previous CT scan and comparing it with the new images, he said my current condition looks good and that I may only need a night guard. I came during my work hours because I’ve been very busy and couldn’t take time off. My energy felt a bit off today, but I still appreciate the endodontist’s help. Dental treatment is a sensitive process. I hope the young assistant can improve her communication mindset and skills. I don’t dislike her — I was just scared by her approach. I wish her all the best.Read moreShow less

I had a root canal re done here, my biggest surprise was the receptionist Lacey, with the most calm and kind manners. Polite and non judgmental, she made me feel so much better about the whole experience. Dr. sha was great too, knowledgeable and fast as well as he said i would be in pain afterwards and i was not at all. I recommend this place 100% except for parking 🫤Read moreShow less

We came in for a second opinion and are so glad we did. Dr. Hallen and his assistant Sheena were amazing with my daughter, who struggles with dental anxiety. They were excellent at making her feel comfortable. It was a wonderful experience!

First time having a root canal and this place seriously had the best treatment I could have hoped for. The entire staff put me at ease. Professional, caring and supportive! Dr. Hind was amazing and walked me through the treatment, taking the time to explain everything about it and the after care. Sheena and Rachna were wonderful. The procedure itself was pain free and surprisingly quick. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone having to have a root canal. They are experts and it shows. Thank you, Dr. Hind and team!Read moreShow less

I recently had a root canal done and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The dentist thoroughly explained every step of the procedure, which really put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the massage chair! It made the procedure so much more comfortable. If you’re nervous about dental work, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!Read moreShow less

Don't hesitate to book here. Staff and Endodontist were great. Was referred here for a root canal. My first experience was Joyce at reception. She did everything to make sure I could just walk in for the procedure and not have a tonne of paperwork. She was even concerned after that I had a safe way home. Very kind! Next Sheena, was very professional and walked me through the steps and listened to me yammer on because I was so nervous. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wang was knowledgeable and quick once we started the procedure. He was concerned with my comfort and didn't waste time. I left with a prescription, only to fill if I get an infection and the signs to look for in that case. All around good experience, can't say fantastic because let's be honest it's a root canal not a dinner out. Thanks so much.Read moreShow less
