Have you found yourself consistently going against your own feelings and needs just to keep others happy? Do you find yourself always trying to avoid conflict and keep the peace? In this workshop we’ll explore what people-pleasing is, where it comes from, and when it can become a problem. In this virtual online workshop learn how to gently move towards greater authenticity in your relationships, including the one you have with yourself, and practical strategies to identify your needs and boundaries, communicate more assertively, and navigate the potential change and loss that can come with this journey.
