Designed to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support overall recovery, each session is tailored to your individual needs using therapeutic massage techniques. Treatments are provided in a safe, supportive, and educational environment under the supervision of a qualified instructor, who may check in before and/or after your appointment. Please note that student massage treatments are intended for relaxation and learning purposes and are not eligible for submission to extended health benefit plans.
