I have gone to other message therapist in the past. But have left my appointment with Mia at Routine Wellness completely mindblown and feeling so different. I appreciate the time she takes at the beginning for assessment because I feel this is key to receive proper treatment. It's nice she explains how the body works and why some areas are causing pain or feeling tight. Okay but what absolutely blows my mind is she has only been doing this for 3 years, she had me completely surprised 😮. I was also shocked in what difference I could feel getting dressed after my appointment, like I felt it was easier than prior to my appointment. I really appreciate that she can give a deep tissue massage and does neck/shoulder area work. If your looking for someone that is caring and passionate about what they but also can give deeper tissue massage and want to walk away after your appointment truly feeling the difference then I highly recommend going to see Mia.Lire la suiteRéduire

I have been seeking treatment from Mia for over a year. Mia is professional, personable, knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. She is able to assess, analyze and then explain the intricacies of our muscular and skeletal systems and why I am experiencing pain, injuries, flare ups or other aches and pains, and how she can treat each one. Each visit Mia checks in prior to treatment on previous injuries or ailments, and seeks guidance from me on what I am seeking from the current treatment. During each treatment Mia works efficiently, effectively and regularly checks in on how I am feeling and my comfort. Mia has worked on numerous historic injuries of mine across multiple joints, and muscle groups. Not only has her massage techniques and skill aided in reducing chronic pain, but she goes further by recommending stretches and exercises for me to assist with injury healing and my overall physical, and emotional health. The clinic itself offers a warm, safe atmosphere complete with unique and vintage furnishings. Aside from all of this, on days i am feeling chatty Mia always provides an intelligent, and multi dimensional conversation on a myriad of topics. Mia is a great human providing an incredible service. I have recommended her to my family, co workers and other alternative health practitioners, all of whom have become regular clients.
