Shiatsu, a traditional massage therapy of Japan, stimulates your body's own healing and recuperative powers to restore internal balance and help achieve optimum health. It uses no oils or lotions and can be performed through light clothing such as a T-shirt and exercise pants, so there is no need to get undressed for treatment. Sandy is a Japanese government-certified shiatsu therapist with over 15 years experience in the field.
