“The receptionist sets the tone, by greeting you in a friendly, kind manner. Today I met a new Hygienist (to me), Nam who was caring, knowledgeable & very efficient. She took time to get to know me as a whole, was not just focused on my dental needs. My prior Hygienist of 25 years, Roberta has moved & I was very sad to lose her, as the friendship & bond we’d formed over the years was so special, but I left my appointment feeling in very good hands. My dentist, Dr. Rahim is very friendly, energetic & cheerful, believing in preventative dentistry & performs excellent quality dental work that I am confident in. “From the warm welcome by the Admin team to the final interactions, the treatment and care I received were second to none. Tiffany did an amazing job on my hygiene and was patient with me and performed a pain free cleaning. Bri was excellent and explained all of the little details to me. Lastly, Dr. Kools was a pleasure to deal with - she helped me understand things clearly and was to the point.
