“I went in with significant pain, and the physiotherapist started with guided stretches that immediately helped relieve some of the discomfort. After that, I received shockwave therapy, which reduced the pain even further. “Edit - thank you for your response only 4 months after I posted my review. You definitely lost my business and I live 5 min away from you. Also someone from your office called me to delete my post in return for a free massage.. they said I can get a free massage if I delete my review and I refused. All these 5 star reviews are fake, please actually do something good with your business instead of fake reviews … and saying it’s not a spa.. I will ask everyone to stay away from you guys…I will have this removed from our healthcare provider so no one from my company at least gets scammed by you …… I went in for an appointment today. They didn’t have 1 hr appointment so I booked a 30 min app. I reached 10 min early but therapist was running late… she took me in 5 min late. It was very rushed, extremely rushed. There was a hard table , no blanket, no pillow, no soft surface.. there were two sheets thrown on the table … no one said what to do next … I asked if the sheets were clean … she said they were… for the price you pay , it wasn’t the kind of service you will get … it wasn’t relaxing in the least bit .. therapist Said quick change and started 5 min late … which is ok … but she finished before time … and the receptionist said that … when you book 30 min the actual massage is only for 20 min … and one hour massage is for 50 min …. If this is true … it should be mentioned before the appointment… I have a few more appointments booked which I may move … I can’t be paying 60 dollars plus tax for 20 min … if the owner is reading this …. “I’m very disappointed with my recent physiotherapy appointment. My session was scheduled for 5:00 PM, but it didn’t start until 5:15, which is not acceptable without any proper explanation. The facility itself lacks basic privacy. Instead of proper treatment rooms, there are multiple small sections separated only by curtains, which makes it uncomfortable to discuss or receive treatment. During the session, the main physiotherapist seemed extremely busy and left mid-appointment to attend to other patients. This felt unprofessional and made the experience rushed and inattentive. On top of that, I was charged $100 for a one-hour session, but the actual treatment time was around 40 minutes. Even within those 40 minutes, there wasn’t full attention given to my treatment. At times, care was also delegated to trainees, which is not what I expected when booking and paying for a qualified physiotherapist. Overall, the level of professionalism and service did not meet expectations. I would strongly suggest that the facility be reviewed, as it does not feel like it meets proper standards for patient care.”Read moreShow less

“This place is absolutely incredible. From the reception to the people who are doing the treatment, I have had the best experience each time. Therapist Riddhi is pure magic. I honestly thought my knee would be in pain for a very long time, but Dr Riddhi was patient and positive and was confident throughout the entire time I was there and I feel so much better. I highly recommend. It's so hard to find a place that has the most convenient hours like this place does and I truly believe that it played a critical role in my recovery as well because I was able to go more times during the week because they have the best hours of business for treatment.
