Welcome to Satsuma Health Collective - Physiotherapy Hours of operations are Tuesday and Thursday from 9am - 5pm New and Returning Patients : If you are a new patient, please book an Initial Assessment. If you are a returning patient, have not been to the clinic in 4 months or longer, or have a new area of injury please book an Initial Assessment so your therapist has adequate time to evaluate you. Please also book a follow-up appointment 5 - 7 days after your initial appointment. This way your therapist has the adequate time to assess, treat, and follow up with you. ICBC and WSBC Patients : Please ensure you are booking an ICBC or WSBC appointment. Please note that we direct bill to most extended health insurance providers. No shows or cancellations made without 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee (fee varies depending on service booked).
