“SB dentures changed my life. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. My dental journey would not have been possible without the professional dedicated staff.”

“I dealt with these people and gave them a poor review. They threatened me with a suit with a registered letter! I complained to the dental association and still awaiting results. They are very expensive and if you make a complaint they keep the money and refuse service They never completed my service, never gave back my money I paid for a service THEY refused to complete”Read moreShow less

“Josephine Schmitz-Burchartz has poor customer relations and worse communication skills. Her lack of clarity resulted in her responding to me in an aggressive tone, which has no place in a healthcare setting. Her lack of compassion and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease, (which is a spectrum) left my family member feeling shamed and uncomfortable that day as she witnessed the altercation. “I have had dentures since 1977 and of the denturists i’ve used non can compare to those created for me by SB. I have never had the detail and attention like they give plus the dentures they created have a third more material than my previous sets. Thus the fit is superb and for the first time my bottoms “don’t float” and I have a loss of some of my lower gum due to an accident many years ago. Jude is a master Denturist in my opinion. And.. SB accepts and handles all the paperwork for the Canadian Dental Plan so that part is seamless. “Dentures were a new subject with me and I didn't know what to expect. The staff explained everything to me and answered all my questions, even anticipating some I hadn't thought of. Very friendly and comfortable to deal with. I would go there again without hesitation. I love my teeth . The fit is very comfortable and I don't even realize they are in. I have a full upper and a lower partial . I can eat my fresh vegetables, corn on the cob ,celery, cucumber etc. Salads are no problem. I'm very happy and have no regrets. . Don”Read moreShow less

“I first met Josi years ago when she was in her last year of schooling and she helped me with my first set of dentures. I was in desperate need and she needed a patient to practice.I like to think we helped each other out at that time and have become friends since. I have had 2 more sets made and she is amazing all around. Not only is the staff professional but they are all great people . If you are in need of dentures and want it done right this is the place to go. Some things money cannot buy and I will not go anywhere else. Been an absolute pleasure going to SB, not once have I been made to feel uncomfortable or self conscience about my teeth, or lack of. Look forward to working with them in the future Sincere thank you to Josi and the whole crew. My quality of life improved immensely since my new teeth years ago.
