Program Intake

This is the initial appointment for our 2 month long weight loss program with Dr. Nadine Plummer. This will be in person, where you will have a full pre-program intake and assessment. The total cost of the program is $1200 billed weekly throughout the 2 months (Bring a friend or two along with you and you'll all get a discount!)

What it is

Most of the visit is you and the dietitian piecing together what you eat, how your day runs, and what gets in the way — food history, habits, goals, and practical changes — then you leave with a clear nutrition plan and next steps.
