CANCELLATION POLICY : Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
PARKING : There is free street parking on West Broadway between Dunbar and Alma. Additionally, there is free underground parking accessed through the alley between West Broadway and 8th Ave. Please note that you can only return to street level via a flight of stairs.
DIRECT BILLING : We are able to directly bill most private third party insurance plans, WorkSafe BC and ICBC. If you have extended health insurance, please bring your policy details to your first appointment.
INTRODUCING REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELLING : We are excited to now offer mental health support through Registered Clinical Counselling at Seva. We offer direct billing to both ICBC and most third party health insurance plans. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
