“Dr Furlong and the woman assisting my appointment today were incredible. I have jaw issues which has made previous dental work difficult. But Dr furlong and the other dentist were incredibly efficient and supportive and as a result of their skills and empathy I had no pain the rest of the day in my jaw. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure you're fully informed. I felt confident in his expertise every step of the way. One person who really made my experience stand out was Yvonne. She is such a positive and helpful presence in the office. From scheduling to answering my questions, Yvonne went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported. “Our family has relied on Dr. Olesen and his team since 1989 when we moved to Nanaimo from Vancouver. We were in need of a dedicated and professional Dentist because our dental needs were varied and we required many different types of corrective work. Dr. John has always been very thorough, kind and dilligent and we each have completely different areas of concern. We are so grateful to have found the very best of care at his practice.
