Sacred Shakti Collective (cost does not include textbook)

A collective for all women, together on an experiential journey to awaken the flow of kundalini that connects sexual and heart energy, allowing women to taste again, and deeply enjoy, the bliss of feminine energy. The curriculum is an initiation into the deep mysteries of female sexuality. It is a journey within; an opening to embodied bliss from the inside out which ripples through the body as a deep relaxation and an ecstatic aliveness. It is an immersive group workshop, a safe space to share, to receive, to practice self acceptance, to explore our beliefs, to heal and grow, to stand in a beautiful relationship with ourselves and other like-minded women, that is intended to ripple and extend to our partners, our families, our friends and our community of women as a whole. Whether you’re in relationship with yourself or a partner, the mission of this collective is to empower, to free us from the judgements and constraints of society, deep dive into our relationship with our bodies and our highest self, to connect us with ourselves and each other, to promote positive body image and soothe our nervous system. The cost of this workshop covers your collective session, some supplies, snacks & refreshments. If you wish to purchase a textbook to take home, a $40 etransfer may be sent to kalesathletics@gmail.com a week in advance to ensure it will be available to you at the workshop. You should bring a dedicated journal, or one may be provided to you, if you wish, for an additional cost.
