Putting focus in to organs, fascial pulls, structural issues and even the bones of your skull, we work to get you up and running back to your amazing self! For example a sore shoulder can originate in a liver issue...amazing right! It's like everything is connected!?!? When there is a specific dysfunction to correct multiple sessions are recommended and needed. Some deep tissue techniques may be used but the majority of the treatments are very very gentle. You might feel tingling, a cooling or heating sensation, memories of the trauma, emotional release, tapping, ticking, buzzing, .... I've hear a lot of very interesting things from clients! Or You might not feel anything at all but don't kid yourself... they pack a punch later! Often people experience aches, pains, exacerbated symptoms, that "got hit by a truck" feeling and sometimes flu-like symptoms, a day or two after. Make sure you drink lots of water and relax, have a hot bath and a glass of wine, put your feet up and don't make any life altering decisions. Please bring sports bra or tank top and athletic shorts for your assessment and treatment.
