“Shoreline Orthodontics is the best out there!! I had my braces for 4 years and every appointment I had the staff never failed to make me feel welcomed and cared about. They are wonderful & great at their job! Always helpful , kind , and attentive , leaving with you a feeling of ease and confidence! “Dr. Eyer and her team have changed my life. As an adult working a public-facing role, bringing myself to get into braces was terrifying to say the least, but I did the thing. I’m now at one week since having my braces removed and I am no longer ashamed of my smile. Training my hand to unlearn the muscle memory of covering my mouth when I’m happy is the next hurdle to get through, but it’s a positive one. “Shoreline is a seasoned team of Orthodontics professionals and my daughter gets top-notch care there. In this regard, I would confidently rate them 5/5 stars. They lose a *critical* star, however, in their alternating weekly availability from location to location. So when my daughter needs an urgent repair for her braces (which, let's face it, is frequent!), often our local Duncan office isn't open. So we have to either drive to....Nanaimo or Victoria....or suffer and wait until the staff returns to Duncan? As much as I think the team is excellent, I likely would not have committed to Shoreline if I had known it would be such a hassle to pop in for repairs.”Read moreShow less

“Had a first visit at Shoreline with our teen today. We found the staff - receptionist, treatment coordinator and Dr Williams - all efficient and professional, but equally, they were so warm and friendly! We got a great sense of what was going on from the X-rays, and what might need to be done, or perhaps not, in the future. “I've shared a review for this office before when we were first starting treatment, but I wanted to follow up to say just how wonderful the entire experience was from start to finish. My daughter's teeth are gorgeous - they achieved absolute perfection with her smile and her braces will come off earlier than initially planned. Everyone in this office was so kind and welcoming and the reception was SO accommodating with a busy teen's schedule. “I am repeatedly impressed by this clinic for so many reasons. My daughter was very anxious about having braces and they've alleviated all of that anxiety with their friendly, kind and caring approach. The staff is delightful and the clinic is beautiful, modern and clean. My daughter's teeth have already shown a drastic improvement in just a few months and we can tell the final results will be beautiful. Shoreline navigated the COVID changes with efficiency and I so appreciate how easy they have made it to continue my daughter's treatment safely.
