“I arrived early 20 minutes and the process was detailed and informative. I was attended to immediately, tests were performed and I went in to see my optometrist. “The only small complaint I have is being called "my dear". It comes across as condescending. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the staff interactions and testing. Dr. Thompson is great. I feel she genuinely cares. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“I never thought I would write a review like this. If you have a unique or complex eye condition, do not expect to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. This office was highly recommended to me, and I want to be clear that the staff and doctors themselves are kind and professional. However, when I called explaining that I was in significant pain and having trouble seeing, I was told to contact another office. I only have one eye left, as the other was removed, so when something goes wrong, it is understandably terrifying for me. I reached out to the office I trusted with my eye care, only to be passed off elsewhere. This is not a new situation for me—I have lived with eye issues my entire life. The following morning, they called and offered for me to come in within an hour, despite knowing I live an hour away. No other options or solutions were offered, other than suggesting another office might see me or that I go to the ER. They know my medical history and know this is not a normal or minor issue. When I called back and directly asked whether, if they couldn’t handle my situation, I should find another doctor or practice, they simply said yes—without hesitation or concern. That was it. Wow. I genuinely receive better service at a car wash. This is incredibly unfortunate, but I now have no choice but to move on.”Read moreShow less
