“Best dentist and staff around! From Kristine the office manager, to the lady’s at the front desk who are always super nice and friendly! Always worked my appointments around my busy schedule ! “I have 4 implants done by Dr. Ham which are good, look good and now we are, 2 - 3 years after placement, depending on the implant. I was scared to have surgeries, but it was so nice and paid attention to all details that I am no longer scared of dental procedures. Thank you, Dr. Ham! All staff is nice and Dr. Ham has patience to explain. A lot of care and attention was/is done not only for succeeding the procedures, but also after, for maintaining the good results. “I'm visiting home for a funeral from Australia and had a sudden sharp tooth pain that I needed urgent help with. Smiles made me a same day booking to have it looked at, with no promises that they'd be able to do anything. It was the last slot of the day, so I wasn't hopeful. Dr. Centorame and Jen got me in, diagnosed me as needing a root canal and got me through the first step so I'd be able to make it back to Australia. They worked past the clinic's hours to help me out and I'll never be able to repay them for their kindness and generosity. Consummate professionals and expert work. If I lived in Coquitlam or the broader area, Dr. Centorame would be my family's dentist of choice and Smiles would be the clinic we'd always go to. 10/10 would root canal again (if i had to 🥲)”Read moreShow less

“I was scared as hell to go to a dentist to help me with a major tooth problem. After many months of suffering, I finally went to Smiles Unlimited. Talk about a great experience and service. I feel stupid not going there months ago. Dr. Centorame and Elvie were great. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were even considered about my light sensitive eyes. “Smiles Unlimited is a good description of my experience at the dentist's office today. From my first experience thirty years ago to today I have always received excellent care at Smiles Unlimited. Upon my arrival, everyone was so warm and welcoming, I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed the positive energy among the women who work in the reception area. Dr. Han's staff work seamlessly together. My dental technician Jenny made me feel welcome and comfortable to discuss my concerns and we even shared gardening tips for growing fruits and vegetables in the Lower Mainland. Dr. Beuk, my first female dentist, was easy to talk with about my concerns and she put my mind at ease while discussing my treatment plan. I even got a bonus when I was leaving. The Tooth Fairy must still be looking after me because I received a 10% discount as a senior without insurance. “I have been going to Smiles for teeth cleaning since 2018 and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I never had any issues with the services, the dental hygienists are gentle with my teeth. During covid they made sure all the equipments are properly enclosed/sanitized and installed air purifiers in most offices. I have been with the same dentists, hygienists, and front desk for the past 6 years and they have been nothing but kind and patient with everyone.”Read moreShow less

“My experience with Dr.Jin was 10/10. I went to him for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. He did an awesome job, was very informative and attended to all my needs even after hours. I went to him again to get the rest of my wisdom teeth out and again, a great experience. Constantly made sure I was not in any pain, talked through the procedure to get my mind off of everything. Not to mention, the staff are all extremely nice and helpful too. I can truly tell he cares about everyone he deals with and only wants the best for them!! Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“Dr Jin! Is an excellent surgeon... he makes the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxed. He always makes sure you comfortable and not in pain.
