“As a new patient, my family and I had a great experience at this clinic. From the time we first inquired and booked our appointment until the day of our visit, everything went smoothly. The receptionists were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The dental assistants who took care of my son and me were kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist was also excellent—he explained everything clearly and took the time to answer our questions, which made us feel confident and well informed about our dental care. Overall, we are very happy with the service we received. Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit such a positive experience. “Dr. Chahal was my dentist at a different practice for some years. After a poor experience elsewhere with a new to me dentist, I was left with some dental anxiety(which I have never previously had). I visited Smili to see Chahal to revise the work done. He is kind, calm and caring with clear communication about what to expect - ensuring you are confident & comfortable throughout your appointment. The office is both welcoming and bright. “This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have an extreme fear of dentists and they worked with me and made me feel so comfortable! “Amazing service. Had a dental appointment set for a week ahead, but it suddenly became a severely painful situation in just a few days. The entire team there from the front desk, the assistant, to the dentist were amazing and got me in over their lunch period to get it dealt with. I'm so grateful for their assistance.
