Our recovery lounge includes private access to a traditional Finnish sauna, cold plunge, dead sea salt body scrub, luxury shower a seating area to unwind and reflect or process - designed to support circulation, reduce inflammation, and restore your nervous system. Book solo or with a friend, and give yourself time to unwind. Bring a journal, a book, or simply your breath. This is your space to clear your mind, soften your body, and return to centre using hot and cold therapy.
For your best experience, please bring water, a towel, and perhaps some electrolytes to stay hydrated!
