Through deep listening and gentle and compassionate inquiry clients access unconscious beliefs and attitudes that influence behaviour and act as obstacles to achieving what they say they want. Various somatic, trauma, and mindfulness-based training augment this work. NOTE: Transformational Coaching is NOT psychotherapy and does not focus on illness or a psychological diagnosis.
