“I stopped by SpecSavers on Broadway near Cambie a couple of days ago to see if they could possibly fit me in for an appointment. They greeted me with a smile and such friendliness, it instantly put me in a good mood. Their entire staff including Maria, Sunira, Sandie , Serena and Daniela we’re all very welcoming and very professional. I was quite surprised to see that they could fit me in that day. They helped me pick out a new pair of glasses as well as a pair of sunglasses and gave their honest opinion as well as providing a lot of knowledge about how each pair fit. Doctor Gordon Wong had such a sense of ease about him and also was very positive and greeted me with a smile. After years of working in retail & customer service, I can walk into a place and tell pretty quickly if it’s a good environment by observing how the employees treat the customers and the energy that they give off. This is definitely A very respectful happy work environment which reflects on the customer service experience you will have when you go to get your eyes examined or pick up a new pair of glasses. “Love this Specsavers location! The staff are always attentive, greet you as soon as you arrive and ask how they can help. Diego, Serena and all the other young women working there are so lovely. Also, Dr. Wong is so gentle and kind - also radiates so much genuine happiness as a human. Great experience overall and they're always having different promos going. Cant wait to pick up my glasses. “I was very frustrated with glasses I bought elsewhere and they kept sliding down my face. I came in here to see if they could adjust them and they did an amazing job! I did not catch the persons name who adjusted them but it June 15th around 4:50pm. I am so thankful with how much of a difference it has made and I will be back next time I need a pair of glasses!”Read moreShow less

“At this branch, I had my eyesight checked, and the doctor took the vision fitting very seriously, which I really liked. The doctor was attentive to detail and checked several options multiple times. In the end, we found the perfect prescription for me, since I have high astigmatism and only one eye. That made choosing glasses a bit more complicated, but they handled it really well. The manager at this location is also very nice—always happy to see you and always willing to help, whether it’s adjusting the glasses, slightly changing the frame curve, or widening them if needed. “Very good first time experience. Retail customer service staff very friendly and efficient. The eye doctor has a great bed side manner. He makes you feel very comfortable. No big sales pitch. Just wonderful service focused on healthy eye care. My only concern was Specsavers wait time for updated lens replacement and new glasses. But this has nothing to do with this location.
