“I had such a fantastic experience buying my glasses at Specsavers! From the moment I walked in the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Conney, whose leadership skills are truly exceptional. Even during busy moments, she remained calm, organized and completely focused on both her team and the customers. “Conney was super helpful as always. I was worried with the closure of Theodore & Pringle and Specsavers opening up that the staff would be different, so I was really happy to see Conney was still around! A few years ago, she helped my partner's mother find a pair of glasses that fit all her needs and budget—she had shopped around several times before settling on a pair here—and I ended up getting an eye exam and a new pair as well. So, when I was thinking again about getting a new pair of glasses, I came back to this location hoping Conney would still be there, and she was. Excellent customer service and advice on frames. I always feel valued here. My prescription is pretty strong, so my lenses end up being quite expensive, so I was very impressed by Specsavers' pricing model. In the past, I have spent as much on a single pair elsewhere as I did to get two pairs here. I also ended up purchasing my contact lenses here, which I ran out of 6 months ago. Edit: there was a pip in one of lenses, an imperfection in the lens made during manufacturing, so I went back and Conney helped get a new pair. Received it within in two weeks, and picked up contact lens order. She also replaced the nosepads on my other pair with silicone ones, which are absolutely worth it for someone like myself with heavier lenses. Great service and experience. I'm definitely coming back here for more contacts when I run out. Hopefully, I won't need new glasses for a while! 😂”Read moreShow less

“Went to specsavers in Superstore, Penticton for my 2 girls on different occasions and we were assisted by Conney the Manager. She made the process so easy and she is very good and knowledgeable. She goes over and beyond what is expected of her and made me feel like she's not just there to sell but actually helping me make the right decision and choices, to make this transition easy for the kids.
