I worked with Lindsay Dimopoulos at St. Catharine’s Physiotherapy after surgery in St. Catharines through the 8 session OHIP covered sessions. I have very good things to say about my experience here. Lindsay is very educated, thorough and professional. She was pleasant to work with and attentive to all my needs, concerns and well being! I was physiotherapy patient at lifemark for about 6 months with an injury to my right shoulder. With the help, guidance and encouragement from Laura and the team, I was able to recover successfully! I appreciated the gentle approach toward the healing process that was taken and the honest feedback that they provided. They also equipped me very well to continue the healing process at home. I had an amazing experience with Kruti at St. Catharines physio on Carlton Street! My sciatica pains have greatly improved and I have many coping exercises for my lower back pain as well. Lindsay knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She has helped me recover from my reversed shoulder replacement surgery. Being at this Physiotherapy center was more then what I needed. I was there for many months recovering from an acl rupture surgery and helped me so much everytime I was there. The gym area is perfect while also the clean, organized offices. All staff are so sweet and friendly!! Booking every week for new appointments is so flexible and compliant!
