Heidi is such a lovely person — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The place itself has a nice, cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. While the massage wasn’t quite the full-body style I’m used to from my regular masseuse, Heidi quickly recognized that my back needed extra attention and focused exactly where I needed it most. She has incredible skill and patience — I could literally feel my muscle knots releasing and sliding as she worked through the tension. It was such a relief! Her technique shows both experience and genuine care for her clients’ well-being. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and truly cared for.
